No-one can live your life for you. No one should tell anyone else how to live their life.
At ITS, we help people choose the life they want. And then we give you the tools and skills to make that life possible.
So often people get stuck in their comfort zone. But as our founder, Ian McDermott often says, “Amazing things are happening just outside your comfort zone.”
Whether you’re flying high or feeling in a rut, one thing will always be true – life can always be better. The trick of enjoying life to the full is to know how you can have more of what really matters to you and feel more comfortable in your own skin, being who you really are. Finding out about both is something which is a life-long journey. We live in a changing world – and we’re changing too. If you want to keep up, and if you want to have fun it will be a smart move to know more about you. The more you do, the more you get to be in charge of your own life. If you want to start driving the bus, it’s time to get on board.
We’ve dedicated the last 30 years to giving people the practical skills to take charge of their own lives and helping other people be free. We know this works because we get the feedback and the proof. We wanted to share a couple of recent graduate stories and successes we’ve learned about:
Muge Kent, ITS Graduate & Coach
Thank you for training me with the wonderful skills of coaching and NLP.
I have started to work for Danish Refugee Council Livelyhood Team next to the Syrian border. My job is coordinating the business center to support the Syrian SMEs to integrate the community and help them to open new businesses. Give them a hope for new life.
Part of DRC looks after the gender-based violence victims and child protection issues of those impacted by war. I volunteered myself to give them a free coaching session and help them to deal with the very difficult cases. I am not fully confident but I am trying. However the support has been very well appreciated.
I am coaching the group of 12 DRC gender-based violent team members who look after hundreds of kids and women in the field. The cases are really heartbreaking.
I wanted you to know we are touching many peoples life and try changing the world with the skills you generously shared.
Keep doing what you are doing, because one day the world will be a better place.
Thank you for helping me to help many.
Liz Beck, ITS Graduate, Coach, Trainer, People expert
I began the process of rethinking myself and my values. I reconsidered how I wanted to work, to live and to parent my children. And gradually, I replaced the façade of self-confidence with a true confidence based in self-belief, a knowing in my bones! I found the courage to recreate after the dissolution of my old business partnership and to start afresh, with a new identity and a new way of working.
“If the true measure of our achievements is the influence we have on people, then I only have to look at what I’ve been able to do since – things I know I wouldn’t have been able to do before – to see how my training with ITS affected not just me, but my family and my clients.
“In the first 2 years, my new consulting firm has more clients and has turned over more than my old business ever did. We are profitable, growing and client retention is at record levels. Most of all, the way I work with, train and coach people has evolved. Whether it be personal or business problems, we’re working at a much deeper level, making a much more fundamental change.
Some people can talk a good game but talk is cheap. We’re not interested in just talk, we want you to learn the practical how-to’s of success. That’s why over the years we’ve experimented with different kinds of programmes that deliver practical tools and skills which you can use at work and at home.
We’ve taken the best of these and put them into two major programmes: NLP Practitioner Programme with Neuroscience and the ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme, Mastering the Coach Approach. Start with either, and you can learn step-by-step how to be more effective. This won’t come by reading a book, it comes from learning the skills in real time with real people and lots of practice on the programme. Get ready to become remarkable. Get ready to get practical.
