Making Relationships Work -

Here in the ITS office we have been discussing the ‘Making Relationships Work’ workshop on Saturday 2nd November.

Relationships can cover all areas from family, friendship, romantic and workplace. This opened a big debate in the office, sparking interest in the relationships each of us has.

Learning how to develop current relationships and building upon new and exciting ones is part of everyday life and it is important that we know how to go about this in the best, and most effective way.

For us here in the ITS HQ, maintaining a workplace friendship is important as we spend around 40 hours a week with eachother so communication is vital for shared tasks as well as general socialisation.

On 2nd November, Ian McDermott will be running an all day workshop and providing you with the how-to’s for maintaining and building successful relationships.
