- Support yourself, your clients, your team, your family.
- Navigate the BIG challenges when they arise.
- Emerge stronger and clearer about what is the right direction now.

- Would you like to have more of a sense of what is possible for you, now?
- Would you like to regain balance and get back to being your best more effectively when challenges arise?

4 key themes:
As with any personal or professional development, the key to a strong start is being present – with yourself and your experience. Ian will help you do this. Once you can do this, you have many more positive choices in front of you. We’ll also do a bit of life stocktaking, clarify what you need – and what you need to let go of! – and how to spot opportunities even in hard times.
We currently have an opportunity to grow like no other in our lifetime. We’ll get clear about what you want for yourself and for others. This is where NLP meets PTG!
The Post Traumatic Growth Model offers a way of not just surviving but thriving. Ian will be showing you how you can use it going forward in your own life and help others do the same.
Sometimes people have a sense of wanting something to be different, but aren’t sure what so stay in the familiar comfort zone. This is where we can dare ourselves to dream. Here we have a chance to really dig into what is possible for you now, how to be more aware of what is already around us and take steps in the right direction for you.
‘Where do I begin?’ can be an overwhelming question. Not knowing the answer can keep people stuck where they are. Dreams, visions and ideas are great – but turning them into action is even better. Here’s a chance to learn more about how you can do this without always having to know all the answers before you begin. Learn how to make sure that none of your energy goes to waste and how to respond to setbacks. Experience a new sense of freedom and excitement as a result.
The day will consist of learning new skills and new ways of thinking. You’ll be able to explore and practice these in small groups so that you can begin to integrate what you are learning into a way that is meaningful and practical for you.
