Thank you for signing up for our ‘Getting Real with Yourself’ video series.

You can watch the videos below.

Part 1: Stop Lying and Start Leading

It’s time to get real with yourself. In this first video, we’ll tackle the lies we tell ourselves—about our jobs, our ambitions, and our lives. You’ll learn how to strip away the excuses and step into true self-leadership. If you’re ready to stop kidding yourself and start leading yourself, this quick session will give you some tools to take the first, crucial steps.

Part 2: Small Changes. Big Impact.

This second video focuses on the power of incremental shifts—those small, consistent changes that have a very significant impact over time. You’ll learn how to make them. Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

Part 3: Ready Enough – Overcoming Perfectionism and Taking Action

Watch out for the mindset trap of waiting too long before making a move. Here we look at how you can be ‘ready enough’ to take action with the resources you have right now. Get some quick tips on how to develop resilience and pivot when faced with the unexpected. Learn how to take bold steps towards new opportunities, even when the path isn’t fully laid out yet.

If you’re interested and ready to dive into a deeper experiential learning experience then we have two programmes starting in September that may be of interest.

These programmes will give you tools and skills to continue the process of creating more of the life and career you want, and helping others to do the same.

NLP Practitioner Programme with Neurocience – begins September 12th 2025
Mastering the Coach Approach – begins 25th September 2025
