About
Marjan is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant and Coach Mentor with more than two decades of corporate experience. She is also certified in Psychological Safety and Gallup CliftonStrengths®.
She works with executives, senior leaders and emerging leaders to strengthen self-awareness, leadership effectiveness, strategic thinking and impact. Her coaching helps leaders step back from day-to-day demands, challenge established patterns and make more conscious choices about how they lead.
Her wider work focuses on leadership development, culture transformation, psychological safety, emotional intelligence and organisational effectiveness, helping individuals and teams navigate change, strengthen relationships and create environments where people can perform at their best.
As a Coach Mentor, Marjan supports coaches to deepen their practice, strengthen their demonstration of the ICF Core Competencies, develop confidence in their own coaching style and continue their professional growth.
Marjan is a graduate of the International Teaching Seminars (ITS) Mastering the Coach Approach programme and has been a Resource Team member on the programme since 2023, continuing through the 2026–2027 cohort.
