Marjan is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and distinguished business transformation specialist. With a diverse skill set, she stands out as a certified Psychological Safety coach, certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® coach, and a proficient practitioner in Energy Psychology, enabling her to holistically integrate the Mind, Body, and Energy aspects into her coaching practice.
With more than two decades of corporate experience under her belt, Marjan embarked on her journey as a co-founder of a coaching and consulting enterprise. Her primary focus revolves around partnering with leaders and their teams, particularly in the realm of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on an upward trajectory. Her mission is clear: to facilitate the creation of clarity, the unlocking of individual potential, and the optimization of team dynamics and culture. Having personally witnessed the transformative power of conscious leadership, Marjan is driven by a fervent desire to illuminate this path for others.
Marjan leverages her extensive knowledge, wealth of experience, and a profound commitment to unlocking human potential.
