Marjan is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and distinguished business transformation specialist. With a diverse skill set, she stands out as a certified Psychological Safety coach, certified Gallup CliftonStrengths® coach, and a proficient practitioner in Energy Psychology, enabling her to holistically integrate the Mind, Body, and Energy aspects into her coaching practice.

With more than two decades of corporate experience under her belt, Marjan embarked on her journey as a founder of a coaching and consulting firm. As a Culture Transformation Coach specializing in the dynamics of intergenerational workplaces, Marjan empowers organizations to navigate the complexities of today’s diverse workforce. Her work is dedicated to improving generational inclusivity through the lens of cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence. By addressing the unique challenges and opportunities that arise from cultural conditioning and the continuous evolution of workplace culture, Marjan helps organizations master intergenerational communication so that they minimise the divide and maximise team effectiveness. Having personally witnessed the transformative power of conscious leadership, Marjan is driven by a fervent desire to illuminate this path for others.

Marjan is an ITS Graduate, having completed the Mastering the Coach Approach programme 2021/2022 and a Resource Team member at ITS of the Mastering the Coach Approach programme in 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.
