About
I’m an ACC Coach, Narrative Practitioner & Facilitator.
My 10 years career in the creative industry, living in five different countries and working closely with many more, including diverse backgrounds, cultures, and positions, taught me a lot about effective communication, connection with others and adaptability.
In 2020 I decided to leverage these skills and trained with ITS on the coaching program. This was such a life changing experience for me, and has shifted my whole being and trajectory in life – because of the value of the content of course, the incredible presence and expertise of the team and trainers, but also the whole experience we went through as a cohort and the bonds that have resulted from this. That is why I wanted to come back as a resource team this year, and be an active participant of this experience once more.
Since my initial training, I have also become a certified Narrative Practitioner, and certified Physical Intelligence Coach. I have built my business step by step, mostly with a focus on career and leadership as I am very interested in the culture and dynamics happening in the workplace.
I do some of my work with early stage startups & scaleups, and some with more established organisations. I work with individuals and teams, either as a coach or as a facilitator; designing and delivering workshops and co-development peer groups.
I love what I do and firmly believe coaching is a pathway to more happiness and well being, which should be accessible to everyone; so I also dedicate some of my time to coach & mentor pro bono on various programs to support refugees and immigrants on the way back to employment or with an entrepreneurial project.
I’m very proud to be on the resource team this year, and am committed to supporting in delivering the best possible experience.
