These 3 hours offer practical tools and lived experience in building what we call your Human Advantage – the capacities that allow you to adapt, lead, and thrive precisely because you are human.

What we'll explore

  • The seven core human capacities - and why developing them is one of the highest-leverage investments you can make in a world that keeps shifting.
  • How to stay genuinely resourceful under pressure - including how self-leadership changes what's possible for you and for others.
  • Capacities that build trust, deepen thinking, and strengthen relationships - and why these are strategically important.
  • How to create the conditions to discover more purpose and direction - and how you turn that vision into action.
  • How to act from purpose and recover through resilience - practical ways to distinguish what really matters and recover faster.
  • Adaptability as a learnable skill, not a personality trait - and how to enhance your adaptability.
  • How developing these seven capacities creates your human advantage - and grows more valuable as the world continues to change.

The world keeps changing, and most of us are running to keep up rather than stopping to ask whether we’re heading in the right direction. In three hours with Ian McDermott and Pamela Richarde, you’ll build the human capabilities that let you do exactly that: adapt with intention, lead from clarity, and move forward on your own terms.

Your biggest advantage in an uncertain world is being human.
