ITS Graduate: Sheena

I am a long-standing ITS graduate and enthusiatic particiant in ITS programmes – over a number of years .   I am an ICF PCC credentialed Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor and I am a qualified Coach Mentor supporting coaches through their credentialing process.  Most of my work is done within healthcare or aligned settings and I find it very affirming to be coaching in the public sector health environment at this time as healthcare professionals have been absolutely magnificent in their response to the recent Covid 19 situation and I am proud to have been part of their work through coaching. In my day to day coaching work I love working with teams, individuals and whole services or groups to spring loose creativity and fresh approaches.  I know that coaching invites us all to step into our potential and celebrate our excellence.  I am inspired by what my clients achieve and this is what makes the work I do immensely satisfying and entirely compelling.
