The pre-requisite for joining a Resource Team in an ITS certification programme, is that you have taken the same programme with ITS - i.e. if you took the Practitioner with another organisation and Masters with ITS you can only apply to join ITS in the Masters programme.

The ITS Resource Team Programme
There are many different ways of supporting a programme. In some organisations, people pay to come and re-visit the programme. In other organisations, they participate fully as participants and help with logistics for a reduction in price.
The model that Ian / ITS have chosen for the Resource Team is that you don't get paid but you don't pay either - you contribute by helping to run the logistics of the programme. In the process, you get to revisit the programme from a quite different, meta perspective i.e. you don't participate in the exercises or group discussions.
Being part of an ITS Resource Team has a number of key dimensions:
- Supporting the course participants, assist in creating the ITS experience
- Logistical support to ITS
- Contribution to the Team
- Your own Personal Development
Please read the attached "Resource Team Overview" document to gain detailed knowledge of what is expected of you and what ITS will provide you.
Supporting Logistics
You will be given training on the different aspects of the logistics - set-up of the room, managing the products table, operating the sound desk, attendance, etc.

Very often, members of past Resource teams comment on how one of the most rewarding aspects of supporting an ITS programme, has been the opportunity to be a member of a high performing and highly supportive team. An experience that some people have not had before.
Some Resource Teams operate better than others; a rare few have failed to operate as a true team. We are very interested in getting the best possible team mix, so please help us by giving us honest information about your preferences, style and experience.
There are no right or wrong answers, a balanced teams needs a mixture of skills and styles. From your past experiences and the feedback that you have received in them:

Large numbers of people apply to join the Resource Teams with ITS and sometimes it is difficult to connect the names and faces, even if we know the people.

Not including a photograph (even if you think we know who you are) may decrease the chances of your application being successful because not everybody in the selection team will know who you are.
