About This Coach

Karen is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner, SDI Motivational Values Practitioner, NLP European Certified Performance Coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has over 20 years of management experience within IT in the financial and insurance sectors and has been a professional coach since 2007.

Karen is driven by her strong belief that everyone has enormous untapped potential and is passionate about the rewards that coaching can bring to people both at work and at home. She enjoys coaching people through transitions whether that be career or life and has a particular interest in authentic leadership in the workplace.
