About This Coach

David Harris is a PCC Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation, a certified NLP Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Group Mastery graduate.

He has over twenty-five years experience working in many large multi national technology organisations. His roles have included Team Leader, Project Manager, Programme Manager, Operations Director, Executive Delivery Director and ultimately Managing Director of a £25 million software consultancy.

He has an in depth, hands on knowledge of the workings, structures and challenges facing corporate leaders and has been actively involved in outsourcing, resizing, acquisition and global development projects.

David’s passion is bringing his extensive business experience, diverse coaching capability and NLP skills to working with executives and leaders in organisation to effect, powerful, aligned and sustainable change. He also runs training programmes and workshops in effective communications, influential leadership and building sustainable relationships. His clients include SAP, CISCO, LRQA, Shell Oil and Shell Aviation.

He is equally happy working with individuals in the Life Coaching domain dealing with challenges including building confidence, self esteem, career change, relationship issues, stress management, work life balance, phobias/fear and lifestyle change. HE is happy to work face to face or via the telephone.
