With over 12 years of business experience gained in leading FTSE 100 companies, and having worked alongside some of the world's leading Change Management and Systems Thinking experts, Carole has a proven track record in delivering large scale sustainable change.
She was one of the UK's first qualified Process Improvement Master Black Belts and remains one of the UKs leading authorities on the skills and leadership required to successfully deliver sustainable process improvement. She has designed, developed and delivered highly acclaimed leadership and change programs and is an inspirational coach to both teams and individuals.
Carole has an honours degree in Chemical Engineering, is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, an accredited Insights Facilitator, and is a Member of the Institute of Directors and the ICF (International Coach Federation).
Carole has held several key roles across a variety of large corporations, all of which have focused on delivering significant business change programmes.
At Kodak Ltd, as Manufacturing Manager, she delivered a step change in the performance of the European logistics business by creating high performing teams to implement pioneering business solutions.
Her time at Marconi focused on leading their global Business Improvement and Change Programme. With the initial focus on the Leadership and their teams, the programme resulted in a dramatic up-turn in customer satisfaction through optimisation of the manufacturing processes at sites across the UK and the US.
When BP wanted to embark on a global transformation project utilising best-in-class process improvement solutions such as ‘Six Sigma' and ‘Lean Manufacturing', Carole was recruited as one of the founder members of the Leadership team. In her role as Capability and Change Manager, Carole was responsible creating high performing teams and coaching senior executives to lead the change. She also implemented tools and methodology that delivered process improvement skills to over 2,500 people, and has resulted in over 650 million dollars in benefits across businesses around the world.
Carole's passion and ability to develop People and Teams, whilst at the same time embedding leading edge process solutions, makes her a strong force for change. She is a talented coach and works with a wide range of teams and individuals across many businesses and public institutions. Recent engagements include Premier Foods, Pepsico, Rolls Royce and Bray Leino.
